The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $193,605,129. Work will be performed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA (86%) and other locations. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award electronic request for proposals as a 100 percent Small Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside; 23 offers were received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD is the contracting activity.

AMG Healthcare Services Inc., Miami, FL (N62645-15-D-5025); Cherokee Nation Healthcare Services, Stilwell, TX (N62645-15-D-5026); Distinctive Spectrum Healthcare JV LLC, Largo, MD (N62645-15-D-5027); Medforce Government Solutions LLC, Fairfax, VA (N62645-15-D-5028); Saratoga Medical Center Inc., Fairfax, VA (N62645-15-D-5029); SPDS Inc., Ashburn, VA (N62645-15-D-5030) and Team Placement Services Inc., Alexandria, VA (N62645-15-D-5031) are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award task order contract for various dental services. Work will be performed at Naval Military Treatment Facilities and their associated branch clinics in the eastern United States. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $98,954,423. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; 29 offers were received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD is the contracting activity.

Systems Engineering Associates Corp., Middletown, RI is being awarded a $19,778,516 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services for the continued development of the Extensible Markup Language Test Data Analysis Tool on all Navy submarines currently deployed. This sole source requirement is a Phase III SBIR follow-on contract. A synopsis was posted September 2014 to the government wide point of entry and no inquiries were received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Division Newport, Newport, RI is the contracting activity (N66604-15-D-0131).

Systems Application and Technologies Inc., Largo, MD is being awarded a $16,776,787 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for continued support services to the Naval Air Systems Command’s Air Vehicle Modification and Instrumentation Department. This contract was competitively procured via a 100% small business set-aside proposal. Four offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00421-15-C-0036).

Insight Pacific LLC, Anaheim, CA is being awarded $20,517,728 for firm-fixed-price task order 0004 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62478-14-D-4000) for the repair and renovation of the Air Mobility Command passenger terminal at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Work will be performed in Oahu, HI. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI is the contracting activity.

ARMY

SAI - Talon JV, Syracuse, NY was awarded a $13,097,800 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of four flight line fill stands at Luke Air Force Base, AZ. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, CA is the contracting activity (W912PL-15-C-0005).

Interstate Electrical Contractors Inc., Wheat Ridge, CO was awarded a $10,988,000 firm-fixed-price contract with options to increase the Ft. Randall, SD switchyard bus from the existing 1,200 Amp rating to a 2,000 Amp rating, required to meet Western's Emergency Line Ratings. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE is the contracting activity (W9128F-15-C-0011).

Netcentrics Corp., Herndon, VA was awarded a $18,185,917 modification (ZW01) to contract W91QUZ-11-D-0011 for management services for the Army Corps of Engineers IT hardware catalog, integration services and purchase of IT equipment and accessories. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity.

Macro-Z Technology Co., Santa Ana, CA was awarded a $17,092,932 firm-fixed-price contract with options for Phase I construction of the Joint Regional Deployment Processing Center, March Air Reserve Base, CA. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity (W912QR-15-C-0009).
