A draft RFP for GSA’s new OASIS professional services contract will be released this summer, Washington Technology magazine reported. GSA has described the contract as a multiple award, integrated professional services vehicle with supporting technology.

According to the report, Jim Ghiloni, GSA’s point man for the contract, told an industry conference that some places will be set aside for small businesses, but no decision has been made on whether to issue a separate set-aside contract in addition to the main full and open contract.

Ghiloni said no request for information will be released; instead, GSA will communicate with prospective offerors through is online community at http://www.gsa.gov/portal/content/127027.
