US agencies to seek more vendor feedback

Federal vendors will be invited to give in-depth feedback on agency acquisition processes under the new “Acquisition 360” program introduced by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).

The agencies first will survey only vendors for large information technology procurements.

OFPP Administrator Anne Rung issued a memo to agencies that included a list of suggested questions for the vendors, including questions about the clarity of requirements, whether communications were effective and whether there was a robust debriefing.
