Dawson-Hawaiian Builders I, Honolulu, HI is being awarded an $11,834,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of an armory addition and renovation at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. This contract was competitively procured via the FBO.gov website, with eight proposals received. Gravois Aluminum Boats LLC, doing business as Metal Shark Aluminum Boats, Jeanerette, LA is being awarded a $15,309,410 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for the construction of 7-meter rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIB) in support of future Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. Long Wave Inc., Oklahoma City, OK is being awarded an $8,583,356 IDIQ cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Very Low Frequency (VLF)/Low Frequency (LF) transmitter and antenna support engineering services. MD Helicopter Inc., Mesa, AZ was awarded a $31,605,244 firm-fixed-price contract for five months of logistical support for 12 MD530F aircraft. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-11-C-0070).

Earth Data Inc., Centreville, MD (W5J9CQ-15-D-0001); Magnolia River Geospatial Inc., Huntsville, AL (W5J9CQ-15-D-0002); and Aerial Data Service Inc., Tulsa, OK (5J9CQ-15-D-0003) were awarded a $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for contractor support services to produce military terrain and hydrologic analyses, databases and environmental studies of selected areas of the world for the Army Geospatial Center. Bids were solicited via the Internet with seven received. Army Corps of Engineers, Alexandria, VA is the contracting activity.

PreTalen Ltd., Columbus Grove, Oh was awarded a $6,641,200 firm-fixed-price contract for the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) System-of-System Architecture (SOSA) test program, PNT Autonomous Negotiator Applying Cognitive Effects-Based Analysis (PANACEA) Systems Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract. One bid was solicited with one received. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W56KGY-15-C-0010).

QUALX Corp., Springfield, VA is being awarded an $8,922,580 modification (P00015) to firm-fixed-price contract HQ0034-12-F-0213 for records management support services, including development of governance strategy and document conversion from paper-based to electronic enterprise content management.
