ARMY

Conti Federal Services Inc., Edison, NJ (W912DQ-15-D-3001); and Environmental Chemical Corp., Burlingame, CA (W912DQ-15-D-3003) are small businesses included among the companies awarded a $185,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee order dependent multiple award IDIQ task order contract to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NW Division and the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2 for toxic, hazardous, and radioactive waste remediation. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 10 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City, MO is the contracting activity.

Caelum Research Corp., Rockville, MD was awarded a $12,000,000 modification (P00009) to contract W56HZV-11-D-L501 for a $12,000,000 ceiling increase to the current contract to maintain existing information technology services for operations and maintenance tasks for one year. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity.

Logic2, Huntsville, AL was awarded a $13,402,429 modification (P00007) to contract W52P1J-14-F-0028 to acquire Enterprise Resource Planning technical and management support services. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, IL is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Berg Manufacturing Inc., Spokane, WA (SPRDL1-15-D-0019); Sea Box Inc., Cinnaminson, NJ (SPRDL1-15-D-0020); and Maloy Mobile Storage Inc., Albuquerque, NM (SPRDL1-15-D-0021) have each been awarded a maximum $12,212,500 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract, against solicitation SPRDL1-13-R-0171, for the procurement of shipping and storage containers. These contracts were competitive acquisitions, and six offers were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, MI.

ELC Industries Inc., Aurora, IL has been awarded a maximum $6,500,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for LED headlights. This contract was a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E7-15-D-0004). (Awarded Dec. 24, 2014).

Bluewater Defense Inc., San Lorenzo, PR has been awarded a maximum $110,047,520 modification (P00114) to contract (SPM1C1-13-D-1020), exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods for various types of permethrin uniform trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

Randolph Engineering Inc., Randolph, MA has been awarded a maximum $30,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment IDIQ contract for various optical frames. McRae Industries Inc., Mt. Gilead, NC has been awarded a maximum $9,089,062 firm-fixed-price contract for hot weather Army combat boots. This was a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-15-D-1023).

Cam International USA Inc., Flowery Branch, GA has been awarded a minimum $6,959,395 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for fuel. This contract is a competitive acquisition and 11 offers were received. Locations of performance are Georgia and Honduras with a Dec. 31, 2017 performance completion date. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, VA (SPE600-15-D-1254).

NAVY

Ace Maintenance & Services Inc., Austin, TX is being awarded a $13,663,688 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for janitorial services at Naval Support Activity Bethesda. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received. This contract action is a re-award due to corrective actions taken as a result of GAO protests. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N40080-15-D-0305).

I.E.-Pacific Inc., San Diego, CA is being awarded $16,372,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0019 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-09-D-1657) for renovation and construction of several facilities for the Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems at Naval Base Ventura County. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

Information Systems Laboratories Inc., San Diego, CA (N68936-15-D-0008), was one of two companies each being awarded IDIQ contracts for the development and fielding of Intelligence Exploitation and Targeting Systems. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these contracts is $45,044,669. These contracts were solicited via a request for proposals and three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity.
