The General Services Administration said it has postponed the draft RFP for its much-anticipated “OASIS” (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) professional services contract vehicle until early 2013, officials announced.

While the Federal Acquisition Service has approved the business case, “due to some additional reviews of OASIS, and the pending holiday season, we are postponing the release of the draft RFPs until after the New Year,” the announcement on GSA Interact said.

GSA also said the core disciplines of OASIS will be Program Management Services, Management Consulting Services, Logistics Services; Financial Services and Engineering/Scientific Services.

OASIS is expected to be valued at more than $12 billion, with both a small business track and an unrestricted track.
