The Nuclear Technologies Directorate of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency is hosting an industry day on Dec. 4 at its headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA. Agency leaders will discuss the future direction of its technology development programs to fill key technology gaps. NT’s mission is to research, develop, and demonstrate technologies and capabilities to mitigate the threat and/or effects of nuclear and radiological events; and to enhance the safety, security, survivability, and performance of U.S. nuclear assets and facilities. Participation in this event is restricted to U.S. citizens and U.S. owned companies. The afternoon breakout sessions are:
