GSA Picks Connections II Contractors

Nine small businesses and 12 large ones have won places on GSA’s Connections II contract for telecommunications infrastructure solutions and support. They will compete for task orders under the 10-year contract, which has a ceiling of $5 billion.

By coupling Connections with its Networx contract, GSA hopes to become a one-stop for agencies’ telecom needs. The Connections II contractors will provide communications and networking equipment, support services, and customized solutions. They will offer worldwide, end-to-end services, from preparation in federal buildings to operations, administration and management, and customer service and technical support.
