USAID intends to award a separate indefinite quantity contract for the administration of the grants under contracts to support the work being accomplished under the BPAs. There will be up to two indefinite quantity contracts, one small business and one 8(a).

The Labor Department’s Employment and Training Administration plans a solicitation for the processing of Permanent Labor Certification applications. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561110. The contractor will operate two fully staffed facilities or application processing centers on a national scale.
