    NAVY

    Brady G2, San Diego, CA (N62583-09-D-0142); Enviro Compliance Solutions Inc., Tustin, CA (N62583-09-D-0143); Accord Engineering Inc., Santa Ana, CA (N62583-09-D-0144); RORE-ITSI Joint Venture LLC, San Diego, CA (N62583-09-D-0145); and Environmental Cost Management Inc., Costa Mesa, CA (N62583-09-D-0146) are being awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to increase the maximum dollar value of an 8(a) multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to exercise option four for environmental consulting services in support of various Navy, Marine Corps and federal government programs throughout the United States and its territories. After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $75,000,000. the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA, is the contracting activity. 

    Andromeda Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is being awarded a $7,700,000 ceiling-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the delivery of software tools in support of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution (MPS&E); the integration of MPS&E software across the Naval Aviation Enterprise; and technical support and maintenance associated with MPS&E software. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD (56%) and Jacksonville, FL (44%). This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).  The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (N61340-13-D-0006). 

    TriEco Tetra Tech Joint Venture, Oakland, CA, is being awarded a maximum $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for hazardous material and waste management services in TX, MS and LA.  This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with four proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-13-D-0045). 

    Brady-Fluor LLC, San Diego, CA (N69450-13-D-1761); Drace Anderson Joint Venture, Gulfport, MS (N69450-13-D-1762); GFP-Yates Joint Venture, San Antonio, TX (N69450-13-D-1763); Group III Mgt Inc., Kinston, NC (N69450-13-D-1764); Leebcor Services LLC, Williamsburg, VA (N69450-13-D-1765); and Old Veteran Construction Inc., Chicago IL (N69450-13-D-1766) are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award design-build construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of responsibility (AOR). The maximum dollar value including the base period and three option years for all six contracts combined is $240,000,000. All work on this contract will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Southeast AOR for SC (75%) and GA (25%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 51 proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville FL, is the contracting activity.

    Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is being awarded a $7,050,538 cost-plus-fixed fee contract with firm-fixed-price line items for continued support of the multi-tube weapon simulator (MTWS) and common weapon launcher (CWL) products and services. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $19,165,448. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), authorized or required by statute 15 U.S.C. 638 (r) Aid to Small Business. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-13-C-6259).

    Compass Systems Inc., Lexington Park, MD is being awarded a $9,978,215 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development of an airborne system in support of the Electro-Optical (EO) and Special Mission Sensors Division of the Avionics Department.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-13-C-0367).

    DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

    NeuroLogica Corp., Danvers, MA has been awarded a maximum $12,000,000 modification (P00004) exercising the third option-year on a one-year base contract with seven one-year option periods for radiology systems, subsystems, components. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPM2D1-10-D-8345).

    Carter Industries Inc., Olive Hill, KY has been award a maximum $9,244,800 modification (P00012) exercising the second option year for improved combat vehicle crewman’s, universal camouflage pattern coveralls.The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA, (SPM1C1-11-D-1026). 

    Snowbird Environmental Systems, Jacksonville, FL has been awarded a maximum $9,500,000 modification (P00101) exercising the first option year for the Landing Craft Air Cushion air conditioner. The contract (SPM8EB-12-D-0001) is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
