Bids were solicited via the Internet with 31 received. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Cowan & Associates Inc., Arlington, Virginia (N00189-16-D-Z031); Cydecor Inc., Arlington, Virginia (N00189-16-D-Z032); Innovative Aviation Services, Newnan, Georgia (N00189-16-D-Z033); and Synchron LLC, Fairfax Station, Virginia (N00189-16-D-Z034), are being awarded task order, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contracts for strategic and operational support services to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Warfare Systems Division (N9). Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia. This contract was competitively procured with the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities website as a small business set-aside, with 10 offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Advanced Sciences and Technologies LLC, Berlin, New Jersey, is being awarded a potential $35,127,518 IDIQ/CPFF contract (N66001-16-D-0304), Data Intelligence LLC, Marlton, New Jersey, is being awarded a potential $33,136,935 IDIQ/CPFF contract (N66001-16-D-0305) and 22nd Century Technologies, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a potential $29,782,908 IDIQ/CPFF contract (N66001-16-D-0303) to provide the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, with systems, hardware, software, network, and security engineering, along with testing and evaluation, logistics planning, post development assembly and testing, world-wide system maintenance, development of user documentation and training, installation and fielding of systems at user sites. Work will be performed at government facilities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the contractor’s facilities. This contract was competitively procured with a total small business set-aside. Six proposals were received and four were selected for award. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

Carley Corp., Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $93,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the revision or update of existing legacy curriculum and new curriculum development, including associated supporting training materials, in support of multiple aviation platforms for both operator and maintainer training. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via an electronic request for proposals; five offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N61340-16-D-0005).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

City Light & Power Inc., Long Beach, California, has been awarded a maximum $294,386,712 modification (P00074) to a 50-year contract (SP0600-11-C-8275) to upgrade an existing electrical distribution system. This is a firm-fixed-price contract. Locations of performance are California and Maryland, with a July 31, 2021, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2019 Army operations and maintenance funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Carson Industries Inc., Hilton Head, South Carolina, has been awarded a maximum $9,800,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for battery compartments for night vision viewers. This was a competitive acquisition with five responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland (SPRBL1-16-D-0028).

DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

EHR Total Solutions LLC, Arlington, Virginia, was awarded a potential $70,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, single award contract (HT0011-16-D-0001) to provide Next Generation Tri-Services workflow services for current Military Treatment Facilities with Tri-Service workflow products, including legacy and modern electronic health record systems. Support includes the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The period of performance is for a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods, and has an estimated completion date of July 13, 2021. Work location is task order dependent but primarily will occur in Falls Church, Virginia. Task orders will be funded with operations and maintenance funds. This contract was competitively solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with six proposals received. The Defense Health Agency, Falls Church, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
