      Synectic Solutions Inc., Oxnard, CA is being awarded a $27,209,068 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract to provide technical logistics services in support of the U.S. Services. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA (90%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N68936-17-D-0018).

      AGVIQ LLC, Anchorage, AK is being awarded a $9,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee modification to increase the maximum dollar value of a previously awarded IDIQ contract (N62470-12-D-7004) for environmental remedial action services on Navy and Marine Corps installations at sites in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic area of responsibility. The work is in support of the Navy’s Environmental Restoration Program. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $121,500,000. Work will be performed primarily in Connecticut (30%); Puerto Rico (30%); Florida (15%) and Maryland (15%).       Spectro Scientific Inc., Chelmsford, MA is being awarded a $9,657,150 fixed-price IDIQ contract to manufacture, test and deliver up to 69 (65 production units and four pre-production units) atomic emission rotrode spectrometers in support of the Navy and Marine Corps’ oil analysis program. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N68335-17-D-0025).

      ECS Federal LLC, Fairfax, VA is being awarded $8,894,068 for modification P00023 to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-14-F-0060) to exercise an option for enterprise-wide information technology services in support of the Naval Air Systems Command. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD (99.7%). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

      SGS LLC, Oklahoma City, OK was awarded a $10,428,748 firm-fixed-price contract for KC-46A flight training center simulator facility Phase 2 at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Altus Air Force Base, OK. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK is the contracting activity (W912BV-17-C-0010).

      Legis Consultancy, Atlanta, GA was awarded a $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for cost engineering services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 12 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla, WA is the contracting activity (W912EF-17-D-0014).

      Cadence Contract Services LLC, South Jordan, UT was awarded a $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide support services to perform real property maintenance and repair for Fort Drum, NY.
