    Defense Logistics Agency

    Senn Brothers, West Columbia, SC, was issued a modification exercising the first option year on contract SPM300-11-D-P088/P00003.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, full-line contract with a maximum $45,471,239 to provide fresh fruit and vegetable support. There were two responses to the Web proposal. The agency’s trop support office in Philadelphia is the contracting activity.

    PD-RX Pharmaceuticals, Oklahoma City was issued a modification exercising the first option year on contract SPM2D0-11-D-0003/P00006.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, IDIQ contract with a maximum $46,491,184 to provide pharmaceutical surge, re-supply and sustainment material. There were 14 responses to the Web solicitation.  The troop support in Philadelphia is the contracting activity.

    Woolrich Inc., Woolrich, PA, was awarded a firm-fixed-price and IDIQ contract with a maximum $15,557,160 for Marine Corps combat utility uniforms.  Other locations of performance are Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, and North Carolina. There were eight responses to the Web solicitation. Troop support in Philadelphia is the contracting activity (SPM1C1-12-D-1039).

    ME Industries Inc., Cookeville, TN was awarded a firm-fixed-price, IDIQ contract with a maximum $9,929,744 for fuel filter separators. There were three responses to the Web solicitation.  The agency’s Warren, MI office is the contracting activity (SPRDL1-12-D-0047).

    Muir Copper Canyon Farms, Salt Lake City, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $10,277,563 for fresh fruits and vegetables for USDA school and reservation customers.  There were two responses to the solicitation. Troop support in Philadelphia is the contracting activity (SPM-300-12-D-S136).

    Carter Enterprises LC, Brooklyn, NY was issued a modification exercising the first option year on contract SPM1C1-11-D-1059/P00005.  The award is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a maximum $67,380,031 for improved outer tactical vests. There were eight responses to the Web solicitation.  Troop support in Philadelphia is the contracting activity.

    Critical Solutions International Inc., Carrollton, TX, was awarded a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract with a maximum $10,428,615 for Husky vehicle mounted mine detector vehicle.  Other location of performance is South Africa.  There was one proposal with one response. The Warren, MI office is is the contracting activity (SPRDL1-12-C-0135).

    NAVY

    Naval Industrial Services Support JV, Anchorage, AK (N62473-12-D-1210); Bara Infoware Inc., San Ramon, CA (N62473-12-D-1211); Tsay Construction & Services LLC, San Juan Pueblo, NM (N62473-12-D-1212); Ameritac Inc., Concord, CA (N62473-12-D-1213); and Acepex Management Corp., Montclair, CA (N62473-12-D-1214), are each being awarded an IDIQ multiple award service contract for facilities support services located within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest area of responsibility.  The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all five contracts combined is $100,000,000.  The work to be performed provides for services to operate, maintain and repair facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment; and installed equipment and systems, including chiller, electrical, gas, wastewater, and steam and hot water. Work will be performed in CA (50%) and the remainder in AZ, CO, NV, NM and UT. This contract was competitively procured with eight proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command SW, San Diego is the contracting activity.

    Bowhead Innovative Products and Solutions, King George, VA is being awarded a $16,521,315 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for a maximum quantity of 59 production kits in support of the P-3 Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program communication, command, computer and control for Anti-Submarine Warfare and Mission Systems Avionics Programs. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-5(b)(4).  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-12-D-0017).

    AUSGAR Technologies Inc., San Diego, is being awarded a $12,297,527 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide 33 field service representatives to support the Keyhole Sniper Optics and Route Clearance Optic Suite Program, whic is part of the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization.  Work will be performed in San Diego (40%), and Afghanistan (60%]. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-12-C-0319).

    Team Construction LLC, Jacksonville, NCis being awarded $8,298,605 for firm-fixed-price task order 0007 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40085-09-D-9075) for improving vehicle access to Marine Corps Base, Camp Geiger.  Seven proposals were received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.
