OPM readies RFP for Customized HR Solutions
The Office of Personnel Management announced on June 18 on FedBizOpps that it wil post an RFP for the Customized Human Resources Solutions Services acquisition on or about July 3.
This is a major IDIQ contract that specialists have valued at up to $1.3 billion.
There is a partial set-aside for small business, including up to seven awards reserved for small business contractors, along with up to two awards in each category for HubZone, women-owned, SDVOSBs and 8(a) firms.
The two key service areas are customized training/learning solutions and customized human capital solutions.
OPM said offerers must submit proposals for both of the key services areas. Proposals with only one key services area may be deemed non-responsive.
The NAICS codes are 541810, 541611, 541612 and 611430.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP of New York City advertised on its Web page that it is looking for team partners to bid on the contract..
GSA preps OASIS RFP
The General Services Administration is expected to release a draft request for proposal by the end of summer for its “OASIS” acquisition vehicle, according to Federal News Radio.
OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) will offer solutions for complex professional services across disciplines. The disciplines include management and consulting, logistics, engineering and financial services.
More details on the project, including the definitions of the professional services involved and the scope of the contract, are being developed and will be released in the draft proposal, Jim Ghiloni, the GSA’s program manager for OASIS, told Federal News Radio.
