Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is being awarded a $16,660,623 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-only modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-6296) to exercise options for services involving software development, procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and hardware/software integration for submarine and undersea warfare weapon systems. Work will be performed in Manassas (60%) and other locations. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

Precision Turbines Inc., Boca Raton, FL is being awarded a $45,823,629 firm-fixed-price IDIQ requirements contract for performance-based contractor logistics support for two UC-35C and 10 UC-35D aircraft in support of the Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Boca Raton (47%) and other locations. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; four offers were received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00019-16-D-0050).

Leebcor Services LLC, Williamsburg, VA is being awarded $11,959,980 for firm-fixed-price task order WE01 under a previously awarded, multiple award construction contract (N69450-13-D-1765) for repairs and refurbishments to First Battalion Recruit Barracks B-589 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Surdex Corp., St. Louis, MO was awarded a $12,500,000 firm-fixed-price, multi-year contract for architectural and engineering services for photogrammetric and LiDAR surveying and mapping. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis, MO is the contracting activity (W912P9-16-D-0016).

Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., Virginia Beach, VA was awarded an $8,834,055 modification (P0002) to contract W81XWH-15-D-0046 for the Saros Battlefield Oxygen System for the Army Medical Materiel Agency. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, Frederick, MD is the contracting activity.

Critical Solutions International, Charleston, SC was awarded a $32,887,207 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract (Afghanistan) for 464 mine rollers, 300 brackets and manuals, and for U.S. training on the High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled-Vehicle. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-16-C-0174).

Natt McDougall Co., Tualatin, OR was awarded a $15,576,500 firm-fixed-price contract with options to upgrade the adult fish facility, Fall Creek Dam and Reservoir. Logistics and Technology Services, Huntsville, AL was awarded a $9,486,123 firm-fixed-price contract for municipal services such as, but not limited to, janitorial pest control, ground maintenance, and environmental services for the 63rd Regional Support Command, Region 2 – Texas. CNS Aviation LLC, Pensacola, FL was awarded a $7,084,967 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract (Afghanistan) for avionics bench test sets to counter narcotic activities. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-16-C-0032).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

M&M Manufacturing LLC, Lajas, PR has been awarded a maximum $25,400,632 modification (P00121) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-14-D-1048) with four one-year option periods for Navy working uniform blouses and trousers. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
