    NAVY

    Pacific West Builders, National City, CA, is being awarded $9,490,730 firm-fixed-price task order 0003 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2810) for design and construction of the Red Horse cantonment operations facility at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.

    P&S Construction Inc., North Chelmsford, MA, is being awarded $9,527,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0009 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2804) for design and construction of the Conventional Munitions Maintenance Facility at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Six proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.

    USA Environmental Inc., Oldsmar, FL, is being awarded $25,321,817 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order 0004 under a previous IDIQ, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N62470-11-D-8007) for munitions and explosives of concern removal at the former Vieques Naval Training Range and former Naval Ammunition Support Detachment, Puerto Rico.One proposal was received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, is the contracting activity.

    APIC Corp., Culver City, CA, is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded Section 845 other transaction agreement (N00421-03-9-0002) with a not-to-exceed ceiling price of $16 million. This modification provides for Phase V Network Enable Wavelength Division Multiplexing-Highly Integrated Photonics (NEW-HIP) technology maturation efforts.  Efforts will address the advancing system-level technology readiness level; manufacturing readiness level advancement for both the digital and analog network components; and link testing of digital and analog links using the application-specific components developed under the Navy NEW-HIP Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD, is the contracting activity.

    Bilbro Construction Co., Escondido, CA, is being awarded a $7,321,712 firm-fixed-price task order 0006 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-09-D-1653) for design-build renovation of Watkins Hall, Building 245, at Naval Support Activity Monterey. This contract includes options, if exercised, which would bring the cumulative value to an estimated $7,396,512. Eight proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, is the contracting activity.

    Conquistador Dorado Services Inc., Sanford, FL, is being awarded a $10,355,453 modification to previously awarded contract (N69450-08-C-1267) to increase the dollar value of a firm-fixed-priced contract for storm water culvert pipe repairs and backfill material required for the Airfield Vegetation Conversion Project at Naval Air Station Key West. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL, is the contracting activity.

    NAVMAR Applied Sciences Corp., Warminster, PA, is being awarded a $12,499,940 cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-10-G-0026) for a Phase III B Small Business Innovation Research project under topics N92-170 and N94-178 entitled, respectively, “Laser Radar (LADAR) Identification Demonstration” and “Air Deployable Multi-Parameter Environmental Probe.” Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD; Yuma, AZ; and Afghanistan. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, is the contracting activity.

    DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

    B&S Transport Inc., Navarre, OH, was issued a firm-fixed-price, requirements-type contract with a maximum $15,697,323 for wheel and tire assemblies. There were six responses to the Web proposal. The Defense Logistics Agency Land-Warren, Warren, MI, is the contracting activity (SPRDL1-12-D-0031).

    Carter Industries Inc., Olive Hill, KY, was issued a firm fixed price contract with a maximum $12,199,680 for coveralls. There were six responses to the Web proposal. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia. (SPM1C1-11-D-1067)

    Atlantic Machinery Inc., Silver Spring, MD, was issued a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $157,500,000 for environmental equipment. There were 12 responses to the proposal. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (SPM8EC-12-D-0004).

    Pacific Coast Fruit Co., Portland, OR, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $37,163,979 for fresh fruit and vegetable support. There were six proposals solicited with three responses. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (SPM300-12-D-P132).
