GSA has released its plan for spending the $5.55 billion authorized in the Recovery Act. Projects include transforming federal buildings into high-performance green buildings, renovating and constructing federal courthouses and renovate and construct land ports of entry.

The agency said it chose the projects based on two primary criteria: “Ability of the project to put people back to work quickly, and transforming federal buildings into high-performance green buildings.”
