The General Services Administration has set aside the upgrade of its FedBizOpps procurement portal for small businesses.

GSA said it plans to issue the RFP, number TQN-04-RA-0001, around March 26. It is a follow-on to the contract currently held by Science Applications International Corp., which expires in September.

GSA said the new contract will provide “for comprehensive development of a new system and/or management of the {current} system.”

NASA Glenn Research Center plans to issue a synopsis this month for its TIALS (Technical Information, Administrative, and Logistics Services) procurement. This is a small business set-aside. The Federal Highway Administration plans a solicitation for Flight 93 Memorial Project PRA-FL93-1(1), in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, Solicitation Number DTFH71-04-B-00013. The project consists of constructing of a temporary parking area, restroom and other miscellaneous work at the Flight 93 National Memorial. This is a full and open competition.
