DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Fort Defiance Industries Inc., Loudon, TN, was awarded a firm-fixed-price, IDIQ type contract with a maximum $9 million for water recovery system, water heater, potable water pump, electrical panels and portable water softener. There were 455 solicitations with four responses. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (SPM2DH-12-D-8205).

Tullahoma Industries LLC, Tullahoma, TN, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum $8,868,065 for soft shell, extreme cold/wet weather jackets. There were nine responses to the Web solicitation. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (SPM1C1-12-D-1024).

Xact Tool Inc., Shell Lake, WI, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, total set-aside contract with a maximum $20 million for non-adjustable beds. There were six responses to the Web solicitation. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (SPM8EG-12-D-0004).

Aloka Company Ltd., Wallingford, CT, was issued a modification exercising the third option year on contract SPM2D1-09-D-8329/P00011.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, IDIQ contract with a maximum $15,445,186 for radiology systems, subsystems, and components. There were 43 responses to the Web solicitation. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity.

Rochester Optical, Rochester, NY, was issued a modification exercising the first option year on contract SPM2DE-11-D-7551/P00003. The award is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum $8,640,000 for ophthalmic lens carrier and mold set. There were six solicitations made with six responses. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

AMG Healthcare Services Inc., Miami, FL (N62645-12-D-5010); CentralCare Inc., Annandale, VA (N62645-12-D-5011); Medtemps Inc., San Antonio, TX (N62645-12-D-5013); and SPDS Inc., Ashburn, VA (N62645-12-D-5014), are each being awarded a firm-fixed priced, IDIQ, multiple award task order contract for multi-disciplinary dental services (e.g., general dentists, dental subspecialists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and dental laboratory technicians).  The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $184,284,019 and these four companies will have the opportunity to bid on each individual task order.  Work will be performed at naval military treatment facilities and their associated branch clinics in the western United States. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award electronic request for proposals as a small business set-aside; 20 offers were received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD, is the contracting activity.
