The Delaware River Port Authority is seeking market research firms with experience in conducting consumer market research studies, including the evaluation of potential product/service enhancements.  Qualified firms will be short-listed to receive a subsequent RFP.

On behalf of the E-ZPass Interagency Group, the Authority will engage a contractor to conduct an assessment of needs, attitudes, and behaviors of current E-ZPass account holders/users, and non-account-holders/non-users. The E-ZPass Group is composed of 20 transportation agencies in nine northeastern and middle Atlantic states.
