The District of Columbia and Maryland National Guard are soliciting competitive proposals for indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award task order contracts for construction projects in Maryland. Nine awards will be made. At least three will be set-aside for emerging small businesses and two awards will be made to 8(a), HUBZone and/or service-disabled veteran owned contractors. The Army Contracting Agency ITEC-4 at Fort Huachuca, AZ, has issued a draft RFP for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award construction contract. Three of the four awards are small business set-asides, and two of them will be set-aside for 8(a) firms if enough qualified contractors present offers. Work will be performed in Arizona and Nevada. Task orders will include maintenance, repair and construction, to include design-build. Individual task orders will be at least $2,000 but not more than $3 million. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking small business sources for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award construction contract. The contract will cover facilities repair, rehabilitation, remodeling and major construction projects, with a total value of up to $50 million over five years. The estimated price range of various projects is between $300,000 and $5 million. A nationwide capability is required, but most of the work will be in the eastern half of the country.
