    Four Thirteen Inc., Texarkana, TX(W911RQ-14-D-0004) was among the companies awarded a $48,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the construction, alteration, repair, and rehabilitation of buildings, highways and other real property on the Red River Army Depot.     CV International Inc., Bend, OR was awarded a $15,916,531 firm-fixed-price contract for a modernized maintenance platform for CH-47, UH-60, AH-64, and OH-58 helicopters and for Unmanned Aerial System aircraft. (N69450-14-D-0013) are being awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contract for remedial actions at environmentally contaminated sites located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast area of responsibility. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 16 proposals received.
