Set-Aside Alert extends sincere condolences to the family of Scott Orbach, co-founder and president of EZGSA consulting firm, of Bethesda, MD.

Orbach, 53, died suddenly in a swimming accident while in Hawaii.

Scott was a longstanding leader in the small business contracting community.
