NAVY

     Fortis Nova A JV LLC, Phoenix, AZ (N62473-19-D-2426); Galindo Electric Inc., Vista, CA (N62473-19-D-2427); Power Pro Plus Inc., Rancho Cucamonga, CA (N62473-19-D-2428); Souza Construction Inc., Farmersville, CA (N62473-19-D-2429); Synergy Electric Co. Inc., Santee, CA (N62473-19-D-2430); and Tri-Technic Inc., Sonora, CA (N62473-19-D-2431), are each awarded an IDIQ multiple award construction contract for new construction, renovation, and repair of dry utilities construction projects at various government installations located in CA (90%), AZ (6%), NV, UT, CO and NM. The maximum dollar value including the base period and one option period for all six contracts combined is $249,000,000. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside procurement via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 14 proposals received. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

     ACET JV LLC, Waldorf, MD (N61340-19-D-1001); Aircraft Readiness Alliance, Anchorage, AK (N61340-19-D-1003); INNOVAIR LLC, Chesapeake, VA (N61340-19-D-1007); and Yulista Standard Aero (JV), Huntsville, AL (N61340-19-D-1019) are the small businesses among the companies each awarded IDIQ contracts. These contracts provide for logistics services for the Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew and Related Services (CMMARS) Program in support of aviation platforms of various Navy and Air Force type/model/series aircraft, inter-related systems, subsystems, and services. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $12,599,999,930. Work will be performed at various afloat and ashore locations inside the continental U.S. (99%). These contracts were competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals; 21 offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity.

     Coastal Marine Services, San Diego, CA (N55236-19-D-0001); and Thermcor, Norfolk, VA (N55236-19-D-0002), are each awarded firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contracts with a five-year base ordering period to provide pipe lagging onboard Navy ships vessels within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA. These contracts have an overall combined maximum ceiling value of $7,142,499. These contracts were competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Southwest Regional Maintenance enter, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

      Global Technical Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is awarded an $8,510,970 firm-fixed–price delivery order N00024-19-F-5610 under previously awarded IDIQ contract N00024-14-D-5213 for the procurement of 15 Common Processing System Technical Instruction Twelve Hybrid water-cooled production units for Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program and two CPS TI-12H air-cooled production units for ship self defense systems.      Facility Services Management Inc., Clarksville, TN was awarded a $13,241,456 firm-fixed-price contract to plan, manage, perform operations and maintenance for the Department of Public Works. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. Work will be performed in Fort Huachuca, AZ. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W9124A-19-C-0002).

     Odyssey International Inc., Mesa, AZ was awarded a $14,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a company operations facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Fort Gordon, GA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah, GA is the contracting activity (W912HN-19-C-3000).

     Tecmotiv (USA) Inc., Niagara Falls, NY was awarded a $19,644,207 firm-fixed-price Foreign Military Sales (Egypt) contract for M60 engine overhaul parts package. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-19-C-0042).

     IICON Construction Group LLC, Colorado Springs, CO was awarded a $15,179,720 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a National Guard readiness center. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Fort Carson, CO. National Guard Bureau, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity (W912LC-19-C-0001).

     Mississippi Limestone Corp., Friars Point, MS was awarded an $18,399,991 firm-fixed-price contract for articulated concrete mattress casting at the Mississippi River. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Delta, LA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg, MS is the contracting activity (W912EE-19-C-0002).

     Avatar Environmental LLC, West Chester, PA (W912DQ-19-D-3004); GEO Consultants Corp., Kevil, KY (W912DQ-19-D-3005); Trevet-Bay West JV II LLC, San Diego, CA (W912DQ-19-D-3006); and TriEco LLC, Louisville, KY (W912DQ-19-D-3007) will compete for each order of the $12,000,000 hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract for environmental architect engineer services.      Talbert Manufacturing Inc., Rensselaer, IN was awarded a $360,249,853 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of M872A4 semitrailers and associated items.
