The Federal Highway Administration is seeking sources to provide technical support to the National Scenic Byways Program. This is a small business set-aside of a new requirement. Support includes technical assistance and education; website management; design, layout and production; research; promotion of America’s Byways; and conference sponsorship and travel Assistance. FHWA anticipates awarding at least two indefinite delivery, indefinitely quantity task order contracts. E-pipeline.com estimates the contracts will be worth about $3 million. The Forest Service plans to award two or more general architect and engineer and one structural engineering firm indefinite delivery contracts for architectural engineering services. The scope of the contract includes field investigations, studies, reports, lifecycle cost analysis, construction cost estimates, preparation of construction drawing and specifications, design, contract management, product research and other related activities.
