The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering Field Activity, Northeast, plans to award four to eight indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity construction contracts. These are set aside for 8(a), HUBZone and service-disabled veteran owned firms. Work will be performed primarily in a 10-state area, which includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.
