Veteran business consultant Mark Amtower has written a new book, Selling to the Government: What It Takes to Compete and Win in the World’s Largest Market, published by John Wiley & Sons. Set-Aside Alert publisher Thomas D. Johnson’s review: This is the most comprehensive and insightful book on federal contracting that I’ve seen. It’s really the A to Z of information for this unique market. The author has done a great job of making it readable, with lots of real-life snippets and examples. For those who are new to the field, you need to read this cover-to-cover. For old-timers, it’s filled with stories you’ll find familiar and concepts you’ll recognize from your own business development efforts. Hats off to Mark for this winner!
