HUBZone Rule Change Adopted The Federal Acquistion Councils have adopted SBA’s rule on eligibility for HUBZone contracts. To be eligible for a HUBZone set-aside, the contractor must qualify as a HUBZone concern when the contract is awarded, as well as when it submits an offer. Contractors are responsible for notifying contracting officers if their status changes in the interim.
