Web Watch: New at FedBizOpps The government’s procurement portal, FedBizOpps, has added a “Quick Search” feature on its homepage, www.fbo.gov. The quick search, near the top left hand corner of the page, allows you to make keyword searches for words or phrases that relate to your business. Use double quotationmarks to enclose phrases and solicitation numbers. The Advanced Search allows searching by procurement classification codes, NAICS codes, solicitation number, specified date ranges, place of performance, set-aside codes and agencies. For best results, use only a few of the search options; do not use all of them or you will narrow the search too far.
