Another CR said likely

      Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said on Nov. 16 that the nation’s debt limit may be reached on Dec. 15, causing a catastrophic default unless Congress takes action. The Continuing Resolution funding the government expires today and another CR is considered likely.
