Largest HUBZone Task Order Awarded

Telesis Corp. of Rockville, MD, has won a task order worth up to $150 million to provide IT services for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. It is the largest order ever awarded under GSA’s HUBZone set-aside governmentwide acquisition contract.

The company said the contract will support about 200 new jobs in HUBZones in West Virginia.

Telesis will provide document and records processing services for ATF’s National Tracing Center. The services involve receiving documents, data capture, scanning, media conversion, maintenance, and searching of records. The work will be performed in an office and warehouse setting in West Virginia.

The contract is funded at $90 million, with a ceiling of $150 million over five years.

Telesis, founded by CEO Payal Tak, is also 8(a) certified.
