The leader in 2002 contracting was Force3 Inc. of Crofton, MD, with $105.9 million in IT revenue, about one-third of that from 8(a) set-asides. The companies are ranked by total IT contracts, not 8(a) revenue. The top-ranked Native American company is Choctaw of Durant, OK, in third place with $47.7 million in IT revenue.
