Office of Management and Budget Acting Director Jeff Zients dropped hints that the administration’s strategic sourcing initiative soon may be mandatory, according to Federal News Radio.

“I think the risk-reward is very much tilted in the direction of [mandates),” Zients said at a recent President’s Management Advisory Board meeting, News Radio said.
