  Schedules RFP by Oct. 1 
 Webinars on Sept. 17, 19
     	The General Services Administration expects to publish a solicitation for a new, consolidated Multiple Award Schedule on Oct. 1, the agency announced.
      	According to GSA, the release on Oct. 1 will include:
 
 Draft Solicitation - Defines and lays out overall offer evaluation criteria, requirements, and terms and conditions. 
 Available Offerings - An Excel spreadsheet containing tabs for 1) a mapping of legacy Special Item Numbers (SINs) to the new SINs; 2) a summary of the new structure of available offerings; and 3) a summary of large categories and subcategories;
 Clause Matrix - Identifies all “required” (applies to all schedules) and “required as applicable” (applies to some large categories, subcategories and/or SINs); and indicates where the clauses will appear in the RFP.
 “Required as Applicable” Clause Mapping to Available Offerings - Identifies what level the “required as applicable” clauses will apply; and
 Updated Industry FAQs

      	To help industry prepare for the new solicitation, GSA  has scheduled a webinar from 3 pm to 4 pm EDT on Sept. 17
