GSA OASIS moving ahead Amendments filed; protest withdrawn
The General Services Administration’s huge “OASIS” professional services solicitation continues to roll forward.
Since the Request for Proposals was issued on July 31, recent activity includes:
--GSA issued Amendment 1 to the OASIS Small Business solicitation on Aug. 23 (http://goo.gl/sf8JPj) The amendment was released in 14 documents. On Aug. 26, the agency released Amendment 2, which was a correction to Amendment 1 (http://goo.gl/5hf1HJ).
--Protest withdrawn: USfalcon has withdrawn its protest. A USfalcon spokesperson told FCW the firm’s concerns were addressed and satisfied by changes incorporated in Amendment 1 (http://goo.gl/HKbirm).
--Second protest moves foward. The agency-level protest filed by consulting firm Aljucar, Anvil-Incus and Co. survived a procedural motion to dismiss.
--The Air Force announced it was cancelling its STS-2 solicitation and planning to move the work to GSA OASIS (http://goo.gl/wUtOiQ). The Air Force said it would use both the unrestricted and small business tracks of OASIS.
