29 Firms Win Alliant Awards Three former small disadvantaged businesses are among 29 large companies selected for GSA’s $50 billion Alliant governmentwide acquisition contract. GSA said 66 companies submitted proposals. GSA officials said the companion Alliant Small Business GWAC will be awarded by the end of the calendar year. It is the largest set-aside in history, worth up to $15 billion over 10 years.
