VA Aims to Improve Communication

Three service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have won spots on VA’s $480 million Veterans Relationship Management IT Solutions and Support Services contract.

VetsAmerica Business Consulting Inc. of McLean, VA, Insignia Technology Services of Newport News, VA,and Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions Inc. in Clarksville, VA, will compete for orders with two large companies, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and SRA International.

VA said the contractors will improve the agency’s relationships with veterans through all media, and will be tasked with voice access modernization, customer relationship management, unified desktop, Web/self-service, knowledge management and member and integration services.
