SDV Firms Chosen for Homeland Security Work The Homeland Security Department has picked 28 service-disabled veteran-owned companies for its $1.5 billion PACTS set-aside contract. The five-year task order contract is designed to fulfill most of the department’s requirements for program management, administrative, clerical and technical services. Formal awards have not been made, but DHS named the apparently successful offerors, subject to protests over their eligibility as SDV firms or small businesses.
