DISA Awards Networking Contracts The Defense Information Systems Agency has chosen a dozen small firms for its Encore II contract to provide global network-centric services. Encore II, a small business set-aside, is a multiple award IDIQ contract worth up to $12.2 billion over five years with five one-year options. A companion full-and-open contract is yet to be awarded.
