Funding Set For New Veterans Business Centers Eight new Veterans Business Outreach Centers will open with SBA grants, joining seven existing centers. The centers provide training, counseling and other assistance to veteran entrepreneurs, including members of the military reserves. Locations of the new centers are: Rutgers University, Newark, NJ; Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA; University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia; Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, NC; New Mexico Department of Veterans Services, Santa Fe; Southwest Louisiana Business Development Center, Jennings; Chippewa Cree Tribe, New Box Elder, MT; University of Guam, Mangilao.
