Army Awards ITES-2S Contracts Three small businesses are among the winners on the Army’s $20 billion IT Enterprise Solutions-2 Services contract. They are Apptis Inc. of Chantilly, VA; STG Inc. of Reston, VA; and QSS Group Inc. of Lanham, MD. Eight large businesses also won spots on the contract, the Army announced April 14.
