    • OFPP sets goals for tracking past performance

    The Office of Federal Procurement Policy wants agencies to get serious about using the Past Performance Information Retrieval System to track vendor past performance.

    In a new memo, Administrator Joe Jordan said agencies must assess their current compliance by April 5 and meet initial improvement targets by Sept. 30.

    For agencies complying less than 30% of the time, the goal is 65% by Sept. 30, for example.
