    • More uses for GSA Schedules funding fee?

    The General Services Administration wants to amend its regulations to allow a broader array of uses for the Industrial Funding Fee. The fee is collected from contractors to support the GSA multiple-award schedules program.

    The fee also could be used to fund new programs and to offset losses at the Federal Acquisition Service, the GSA said in a Federal Register notice.

    The fee currently is .75% of a sales transaction.
