    • New rules for GSA schedules set-asides

    New rules went into effect Dec. 31 for set-asides on the General Services Administration’s Multiple-Award Schedule program. The rules allow agencies to make partial set-asides based on individual contract line item numbers or to set aside specific task orders for small businesses. 

    The rules also affect NAICS code assignment and the timing for firms recertifying their size status.
